Duties and Responsibilities:
* Greet customers upon entrance
* Assess customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations, while Building lasting relationships
* Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves in a presentable manner
* Be Comfortable with Coaching and Guiding sales team
 * Assist in product inventory procedures
* Memorize in-store promotions and special offers in order to communicate to customers & team
* Follow opening and closing procedures thoroughly
* Meet (and preferably exceed) monthly and quarterly sales quotas

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Must love dogs and cats
* Proven experience in a retail sales environment
* Track record of meeting sales quota or exceeding sales quota
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in English
* Basic math skills
* Familiarity with POS system a plus
* Comfortable answering phones & using a computer
* Familiarity with inventory procedures a plus
* Friendly, approachable personality
* Punctuality
* Ability to perform and sell under pressure
* Must be able to work at all 3 locations
