We are regular customers and always very timely. I have been pleased with them over the past year + which is why I still have 5 stars but yesterday I was disappointed. I was late for the appointment so I called at 5:08 to let them know I would be there in 5 mins to which they said no problem. Showed up exactly 5 minutes later at 5:13 and they refused to take him and made me reschedule. I understand I was late but really no mercy? Please let me know next time when I call to notify you rather than tell me no problem and then turn me down 5 mins later In person.

Jillian is the absolute best groomer in the world! Our dog hates to be without us but goes to Jillian willingly and happily! He comes in stinky and dirty from all of his summer fun but leaves smelling and looking absolutely amazing. There are not enough good things to say about this place! Everyone here is very knowledgeable and helpful. I love how happy everyone is when ducky walks in the door. I will always come here for all of my dog food, treats, toys and grooming!
