Retail Sales Associate Position
Hungry Hound is looking for Retail Team Members to provide excellent customer service and are comfortable adding on products and services. * Greeting and directing customers (including their dogs)
* Answering customers' questions about specific products/services
* Cross-selling products
* Coordinating with a team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
* Informing customers about discounts and special offers
* Accurately scheduling grooming appointments
* Being comfortable with answering phones and using a computer
