Do you feed kibble? Unfortunately, as kibble is processed it
loses nutrients and important vitamins and minerals during the heating process.
Of course, the kibble choices Hungry Hound carries are high quality and not as
extruded as many mainstream commercial diets. Even so, our kibbles are still
processed. What can you do to make sure your pet is getting the nutrients they
need? Add in some fun ingredients and mix it up with food toppers! Just as
humans don’t eat the same thing every day, your pet wants variety as well. It
helps keep them interested and excited for their meals. We have MANY choices
you can rotate with! A few choices are listed below.
Green JuJu- Comes in two different options. The Just Greens
version has organic celery, organic zucchini, organic kale, organic dandelion
greens, organic parsley bison bone broth, organic coconut oil, organic lemon,
organic turmeric, and organic ginger. The Baileys Blend is made with organic
cucumber, organic green cabbage, organic broccoli, organic turkey bone broth,
organic cilantro, organic chard, organic coconut oil, organic blueberries,
organic turmeric, and organic lemon. These can easily be added and rotated in
to any diet (raw or kibble), but can greatly impact a processed diet!
Freeze-Dried Raw- The convenience and benefits of raw in an
easy, dry form! Just add to your dogs kibble with water and he/she will be
gaining a ton of good nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Rotating all the
